wireless protection ad

I saw this ad the other day on dictionary.com when I was looking up the definition of a word for english, and the ad said "If you have wireless, you could be giving wireless to everyone" then next to the saying it had a picture of a wire in the shape of the breast cancer awareness symbol. Next to this symbol it said "Wirless Awareness." I was shocked to see an add about wireless internet safety. I can remember two years ago when no one had a password protecting their wireless internet from being accessed by others. But now, almost everyone I know has a password. Before, I thought a password was pointless; but now, I know that having a password is important because it protects you from others who might access your internet and search some explicit material. If this material was ever to resurface, then you, not the person who searched it using your internet, would be the one penalized. Overall, I think this ad was effective, and I'm glad to have ads like this on the internet warning people.
